Lead and scale the compliance function across Nordic regulated markets, managing licensing, regulatory relations, AML, RG, and embedding compliance across product and operations.

Location: Malta / Remote (EU)
Reporting to: CEO
Scope: Denmark, Sweden, Finland (+ future regulated markets)

Role Purpose
As Senior Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for establishing,
leading and scaling the compliance function regulated Nordic markets for Prime Entertainment
Group.
You will act as the company’s regulatory authority internally – owning licensing,
policies, regulatory engagement, audits, and embedding compliance into product, marketing and
operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both design the framework and operate it day-
to-day to ensure we have a robust compliance framework across all markets and customer
touchpoints, including but not limited to licensing application, technical requirements, AML and
RG processes and documentation.

Must Have
● 5–10+ years experience in iGaming compliance.
● Direct experience with at least one Nordic regulator.
● Experience acting as:
o Head of Compliance
o Senior Compliance Manager
o Regulatory Manager
● Proven experience building or scaling a compliance function.
● Deep understanding of:
o License application processes
o Bonus regulations
o Advertising restrictions
o RG requirements
o AML & KYC frameworks

Strongly Preferred
● Experience with multiple regulated markets.
● Background in both sports betting and casino.
● Previous role in scale-up or fast-growing operator.
● A strong network within the legal, compliance and regulator domain across the Nordics

1. Regulatory & Licensing
Own all license applications, renewals, changes of control and key function filings
Maintain regulatory mapping for current and future markets
Manage regulatory inspections, audits and remediation plans
Act as primary point of contact with regulators across Nordic markets

2. Compliance Framework & Governance
Design and implement the full compliance framework including:
Responsible Gambling / Player Protection
AML / CTF
Marketing & Affiliate Compliance
Data Protection (GDPR)
Draft, maintain and update all policies and procedures
Build internal controls, reporting and escalation mechanisms
Own risk assessments and regulatory risk register
Oversee regulator notifications and corrective action plans

3. Product, Marketing & Commercial Oversight
Embed compliance into bonus and promotions design
Oversee sports and casino product features
Ensure compliant UX, onboarding and KYC flows
Review marketing campaigns, affiliates, sponsorships and influencers
Act as gatekeeper for go-to-market decisions

4. Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Build and manage the compliance team
Train internal teams on regulatory obligations
Work closely with Legal, AML, Payments, Product and Marketing
