You will be accountable for the overall performance and profitability of the Norwegian market, with focus on five core pillars:
1. Market Performance & P&L Ownership
● Own the Norwegian P&L, including revenue, marketing spend, bonuses, payment costs and operational expenses
● Continuously optimise ROI, LTV, CAC and contribution margin
● Set and manage budgets, forecasts and growth targets
● Identify profit leakage and execute improvements across the full funnel
2. Marketing, Acquisition & Affiliates
● Own all acquisition channels for Norway, with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key Norwegian affiliates
● Ensure full market coverage across all major traffic sources
● Identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate deals and improve existing agreements
● Work closely with performance marketing to drive efficient, scalable growth
3. Localisation, CRM & Content
● Ensure all communications, offers, campaigns and content are fully localised for Norwegian players
● Support CRM and Content teams with:
○ Campaign ideation
○ Local relevance
○ Language, tone and cultural fit
● Drive player retention, reactivation and lifetime value through strong localisation
4. Product, Tech & Customer Experience
● Act as the voice of the Norwegian market internally
● Work with Product & Tech to ensure:
○ Registration flows
○ Payments
○ UX
○ Games portfolio
○ Promotions are fully optimised for Norwegian players
● Identify friction, bugs and missing features that impact conversion or player satisfaction
● Constantly benchmark against competitors in Norway
5. VIP, Operations & Player Experience
● Work with VIP and Operations teams to ensure:
○ High-value players receive best-in-class treatment
○ Payments, withdrawals and support are fast and reliable
● Drive a culture of player trust, loyalty and premium experience
