Finance Executive (B2B Gaming & Macedonian Entity Management)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Executive to support
the financial operations of our B2B gaming white-label company and take
responsibility for financial and administrative management of our soon to be
established Macedonian entity.
This role is a blend of operational finance, local entity administration, partner revenue
reporting, and compliance coordination. You will collaborate closely with internal
teams, external accountants, regulators, and business partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferably also holding
a Certified Accountant certificate
● 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
● Strong analytical and Microsoft o ice skills particularly Microsoft Excel
● Experience with financial reconciliations

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
● Experience with ERP systems or gaming back-o ice systems.
● Background in payment reconciliation, or the gaming ecosystem
● Experience with international financial operations

Financial Operations & Reporting
● Prepare monthly management accounts for the B2B white-label division
● Generate revenue, cost, and profitability reports for each gaming partner/brand
●Track, monitor, and report GGR, NGR, player deposits/withdrawals, bonus costs,
and platform fees
● Perform daily/weekly/monthly financial reconciliations across PSPs, gaming
providers, and platform data
● Perform cash flow forecast for this side of the business and keep track of actual
vs forecast
Macedonian Entity Finance & Administration
● Lead the financial setup of the soon-to-be-established Macedonian company,
including bank accounts, accounting proceeses, and internal controls
● Draft annual and quarterly budgets for the Macedonian entity, working with
management to align financial planning with business objectives
● Monitor actual spending against budget, analyse variances, and ensure
adherence to approved budgets
● Work closely with local accountants for bookkeeping, tax submissions, and end-
of-year statutory reporting
● Oversee local cash flow, banking, expenses, and vendor payments
● Ensure compliance with Macedonian tax legislation, employment regulations,
and financial reporting requirements
● Support vendor onboarding, expense management, and initial operational
financial planning.
● Support legal and other teams with financial inputs
Partner Finance Management
● Manage invoicing cycles, partner settlements, and confirm commission
calculations
● Ensure accuracy of partner agreements and financial terms
● Act as financial point of contact for partners to address queries and provide
structured financial insights.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
● Support financial compliance for regulated markets (AML/KYC reporting, tax
obligations, and licensing fees).
● Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist with external audits.
● Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to local and
international gaming regulations.
Process Improvement
● Identify opportunities to automate financial workflows and reporting processes.
● Assist in new product/market launch financial setup
● Contribute to enhancements of financial processes and data integrity checks
