What you will do
1) Build our talent engine
You will own recruitment end-to-end across the group:
● Work with leadership to define hiring needs and job specifications
● Run sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
● Manage agencies, LinkedIn outreach, and direct hiring
● Build a continuous pipeline of iGaming, tech, operations, and commercial talent
Your goal is simple:
make sure the best people in the industry want to work with us.
2) Build and manage our employer brand
You will make the company visible and attractive to candidates.
This includes:
● Managing and growing our LinkedIn presence
● Creating and publishing content about culture, hiring, and company growth
● Supporting PR and media initiatives related to people, culture, and expansion
● Positioning us as a serious, exciting place to build a career in iGaming
3) Build HR foundations
Once hiring is running smoothly, you will build the structure that supports scale:
● HR systems and tooling
● Leave, sick, and holiday policies
● Onboarding and offboarding
● Performance and feedback processes
● Basic governance, documentation, and people data
The goal is to be professional without becoming corporate.
