Product Owner, Malta / Hybrid

Prime Entertainment Group is looking for a Product Owner with solid hands-on experience to take ownership of our product roadmap and drive execution across business and technology teams.
This is a delivery-focused role, sitting at the intersection of business priorities and technical execution.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar product role
● Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
● Experience in iGaming, B2C platforms, or tech-driven products is a strong plus

● Define and own the product roadmap, translating business objectives into clear delivery plans
● Work closely with business stakeholders to define priorities and align on outcomes
● Coordinate with tech teams to ensure feasibility, clarity, and shared understanding
● Write clear and detailed ticket specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
● Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised and always ready
● Plan and organise sprints, including refinement, sprint planning, and follow-ups
● Ensure roadmap delivery, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and removing blockers
● Act as the main bridge between business and tech for product execution
